Service Description
This service is reserved for clients with the Customized Facial Membership. Your membership includes 2 facials per month for $200. Please use this option to schedule one of your included monthly sessions. Options include: Hydrodermabrasion, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Acne or Anti-Aging Facial. **Membership sessions do not roll over to the next month so be sure to schedule both facials before your plan renews!
Cancellation Policy
REVIEW STUDIO POLICIES BELOW Please discontinue use of all actives 2-3 days prior to your appointment. -This includes all AHA/BHA's, physical scrubs, and retinoids. No waxing, sugaring, or threading at least 5 days prior to your facial service. Accutane must be stopped 6 months prior to receiving your service. We value your time and ours. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations & No‑Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no‑show appointments, will incur a $20 fee. Late Arrivals To maintain a timely schedule, appointments may be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If your appointment proceeds but must be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, the original full-service price will still apply. (Example: If you were booked for a 1‑hour facial but can only receive a quick facial due to late arrival, you will still be charged for the 1‑hour service.) If an appointment is canceled due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
