Service Description
Our Acne Facial is designed specifically for acne-prone skin and clients who need focused time for extractions and corrective acne peels. Depending on your skin's needs, we may use Face Reality's hydrating enzyme, acne peel (Level 1-3), or a Brightening Peel (safe for pregnant and breast feeding clients). To maximize results, we incorporate cold plasma therapy (Plasmatique) to reduce excess bacteria, calm inflammation, and support healing. This treatment also includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, LED Therapy, and hydrating mask.
Cancellation Policy
REVIEW STUDIO POLICIES BELOW Please discontinue use of all actives 2-3 days prior to your appointment. -This includes all AHA/BHA's, physical scrubs, and retinoids. No waxing, sugaring, or threading at least 5 days prior to your facial service. Accutane must be stopped 6 months prior to receiving your service. We value your time and ours. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations & No‑Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no‑show appointments, will incur a $20 fee. Late Arrivals To maintain a timely schedule, appointments may be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If your appointment proceeds but must be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, the original full-service price will still apply. (Example: If you were booked for a 1‑hour facial but can only receive a quick facial due to late arrival, you will still be charged for the 1‑hour service.) If an appointment is canceled due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
